I have lost my Access / ID / Student Card, how do I get a replacement?

Users needing replacement ID cards should submit a helpdesk case stating the reason the card needs replacing along with their name, banner ID and postal address.
A fee of £10.00 will be added to your library account for a lost card, which can be paid via the catalogue:
