One of the most common issues concerning users not being able to access e-resources is that they have not signed in to Library Search. It is important that you sign in to Library Search with your given university username and password in order to enable all features.
If you are still having difficulty, you can contact the customer services desk in the first instance and they will check to see if you there is a simple reason that you cannot access the resources (e.g. if accessing off campus, you haven’t accessed the resource through the library catalogue / you are trying to access an article that the Library does not subscribe to / your library account has expired etc.) If the customer services team cannot answer your query they may refer you on to our Digital Services team who will thoroughly investigate the cause of the problem.
