The book I need is not available in the library, how can I obtain a copy?

If the Library does not hold a copy of the book that you need, there are a few options open to you.

  • If the book is required for personal study or research, you can use the Inter Library Loan Service.
  • You can suggest that the Library purchases a copy though the More Books Service.
  • If the book is required for a taught module or appears on a reading list, your tutor needs to submit a copy of the reading list to the library so that we can add the list to the Talis reading list system and order sufficient copies. Feel free to email readinglists@bangor.ac.uk to make us aware.
