What should I do if I receive error pages when trying to access an e-book, e-journal or database?

If you are receiving error messages whilst attempting to access a particular e-resource, it could be that there are network problems or technical issues at the resource website – please try again a little later.  If the same error message is received, please forward the error details to the Digital Development Team.

Most academic publisher sites are optimised for use with the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft and we encourage you to upgrade to a different browser.
