Library - FAQ
I have a library account at Bangor University but I am not a registered student or staff member, can I change my library password?
Regsitered students and staff members at Bangor University should use My Bangor to change their passwords.
External borrowers, including LINC y Gogledd and Sconul Access members, can change their passwords for accessing the library catalogue Library Search through the following procedure:
- Click on Sign in in the top right hand corner of Library Search
- Select Other Users and type in your library card Barcode number (User ID) and Password
- Click on your name in the top right had corner of the screen and select My Library Account
- Click Personal Details
- Click Update Login Credentials
- Enter your old password, followed by your new password, and again to confirm, and click Save to complete
